Bitpie Multisignature Usage Tutorial

Bitpie now supports enabling the multisignature feature for the following cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, all ERC20 tokens (USDT-ERC20), TRX, all TRC20 tokens (USDT-TRC20), BNB, all BEP20 tokens (USDT-BEP20), Doge, BCH, LTC

How to Enable Multisignature Feature

1、Open Bitpie Wallet Home Page: Click on the "System" switch button.

2、Click on the Multisignature Button.

3、Click to Enable.

4、Supported Currencies: Enabling the multisignature feature supports payments in BTC, ETH, BNB, USDT-ERC20, USDT-TRC20, and USDT-BEP20.

Create USDT-TRC20 Multisig

1. For security reasons, do not create multi-signature accounts with strangers.
   
   

2. When creating a multi-signature account, first set a profile picture for the multi-signature, select the currency to be used for multi-signature, and name the multi-signature account.
   
   

3. Enter the UID of the invitee and click "add" (User UID can be found on the homepage > click on the user avatar to enter the personal information interface).
   
   

4. Click "next".
   
   

5. In the example shown in the diagram, creating a 1-2 multisig setup, everyone should create according to their own needs (it is recommended to leave redundancy, do not set up 2-2, 3-3 signature methods to avoid situations where the assets of the multisig cannot be operated if one person's private key is lost).
   
   

6. Invite invited partners to initiate the creation of a multisig address.
   
   

7. Initiate the invitation.
   
   

8. Wait for the invitee to agree.
   
   

 

9. The invitee will receive the invitation on their Bitpie app.
   
   

10. Click on the invitation.
    
    

11. Select "Join".
    
    

12. Successful joining.
    
    

 

 

13. One participant needs to choose to proceed with the creation.
    
    

14. Creating a multisig requires paying a 100 TRX fee to the TRON network (this fee is not charged by Bitpie). To prevent failure due to network fluctuations, it's recommended to deposit at least 200 TRX to the address displayed on your wallet page.
    
    

15. Pay 100 TRX to the TRON network to create the multisig.
    
    

16. Once you create the account and wait for confirmation from the TRON network, the multisig account is successfully created.
    
    

 

17. Click "Enter Multisig Account".
    
    

18. Any remaining TRX balance in the address can be used after the multisig creation is completed.
    
    

19. Verify the address.
    
    

20. Check if the displayed multisig address is consistent across all participants' accounts. Once confirmed, you can start using it. It is strongly recommended to conduct small test transactions first to familiarize yourself with the process.
